We built a versatile garage and shop with an upstairs ADU, combining functionality with modern living. The spacious garage includes upgraded electrical service to support welders and other tools, making it ideal for serious projects and storage. Above the garage, the ADU offers a fully independent living space with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room—perfect for guests, rental income, or multi-generational living. This project delivers both utility and comfort, all in one thoughtfully designed structure.
